Executive Management Team
Marvin SooHoo is an American business executive. He is the current SuccessFactors Cloud Leader and Executive Vice President of all Solutions at Ameri100. Prior to joining Ameri100 in March 2017 and becoming EVP, Mr. SooHoo has held various executive positions at other solution consulting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rapidigm and one that he co-founded (Sparta Consulting) that later got acquired and became known as KPIT ( a 10,000 employee and $400M firm ).
In 2012, right after SAP acquired SuccessFactors for $3.5B, Mr. SooHoo "championed" the purchase of Learn2Perform which came to be one of the first of bringing "the old with the new" HCM platform services together. Mr. SooHoo is credited with spearheading KPIT's growth strategy by getting them into cloud computing and then bringing that same strategy here to Ameri100.
On January 29th, 2018, Mr. SooHoo was given the added responsibility as EVP of SAP Solutions at Ameri100 and plans to add higher margin work to all areas of Ameri100's offerings, including the HCM SuccessFactors area as well as focusing the company's efforts on cloud computing.
Brent has been working in the business and technology field for over 23 years with a focus in large business system transformation projects for the last 17 years. He started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse in January of 1996 in the Management Consulting Services group.
He joined a small private firm named Rapidigm in January of 1998 to help build and ultimately lead a large multi-dimensional consulting practice. In late 2001, Brent became an equity partner in Rapidigm. In early 2003, Brent was promoted to the Managing Partner and General Manager role of the SAP Consulting Business Unit within Rapidigm consisting of just over 900 people globally and annual revenue of $120 million.
In early 2006, the equity partners of Rapidigm executed a transaction selling Rapidigm to Fujitsu in Tokyo, Japan. Brent’s responsibility was expanded to run the North American SAP Business Unit for Fujitsu as the Vice President and Managing Director for 2 more years.
At the beginning of 2008, Brent and six other partners started Sparta Consulting. Sparta was formed as a valued added re-seller of SAP software and a focused implementation services and support partner of SAP solutions. At the end of 2009, Sparta became the SAP Strategic Business Unit of KPIT and under Brent’s leadership the business unit grew to over 1,600 people globally and annual revenue of over $125 million.
Brent graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analysis and Management Information Systems. He has completed executive education courses at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Manjunath Dattatreya, comes with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various senior management and board positions. He was part of the core team of Intelligroup Inc during its startup phase and the company grew to 200 million in 3 years. Part of the company was spun off and grew to another 100 million and was eventually sold to a large IT firm. Manjunath served the company as the Vice President of Talent Management for 10 years.
In the last 5 years, Manjunath has been working as a HR consultant. He is a member of the Global Special Expertise Panel of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest HR body in the world and has been working with their team to forecast global workplace trends since 2011, which appears every year on the HR Magazine. He also works with the editorial team of SHRM in developing insightful articles to their global members.
Manjunath has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Mysore and he has attended executive programs from Cornell University.
Viraj, has over 25 years of experience as Finance Controller, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ. Viraj served as the Chief Financial Officer of two technology start-ups and UTStarcom, a multi-billion global telecommunications company. Viraj has on multiple occasions led a global team of finance and operations professionals and streamlined the company’s operations resulting in increased EBITDA margins. Viraj has also held senior finance positions at various technology and software companies where he had extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, equity and debt financing, and financial planning. Viraj started his career with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
