Giri Devanur, is a successful CEO who has raised seed capital, venture capital and Private Equity from global institutions. He has successfully executed multiple acquisitions, mergers and corporate investments. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry.
He founded WinHire in 2010, a company building innovative software products bringing together technology & human capital management expertise in the realm of HRM.
Mr. Devanur founded Ivega Corporation in 1997, which later merged with TCG in 2004, thus creating a 1000+ person focused differentiator in the IT consulting space.
He has a Masters degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mysore. He has attended Executive Education programs at MIT and Harvard Law School.
Carlos Fernandez, is a decisive and driven technology professional with over 25 years of experience in the publishing and financial industry with the ability to collaborate throughout cross-functional teams to deliver results. A highly motivated individual with the ability to move comfortably across the technology and business arenas, Carlos has a deep background in developing strategic initiatives to help organizations realize their growth potential and achieve scale.
Carlos has held multiple positions at Thomson Reuters, most notably delivering a $100M SAP consolidation initiative. Prior to that he was within the publishing industry at Kodak.
He has a Master Degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and an Engineering Degree from The City College of New York.
Ringo Rajagopal, has over two decades of experience in managing operations, sales and human capital management (HCM) in large and entrepreneurial setups. Having worked ground up in all of the above, he has extensive experience in crafting tactical and strategic Lean HCM initiatives. This has helped him build robust business strategies aimed at profitability and productivity.
His passion is sales and talent acquisition as he believes these to be one of the most important ingredients in any organization’s success. Ringo was the Director at Pride Global and Managing Partner, Co-Founder & Head of Human Capital Management at WinHire. He has held senior positions at TCGIvega, Accenture, Infosys Technologies and ABC Consultants.
Paul ”AKA” Balaji, founded Bellsoft in 1996 and grew the company from a one person consulting firm to over 200 strong and $25 million in revenues to date. After receiving his engineering degree from REC, India, Paul has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years in various capacities, including stints at Infosys, before founding Bellsoft.
David has spent the past 20+ years designing and implementing SAP systems worldwide. He specializes in business process optimization and complex system modeling, with a specific focus on improving the strategic capabilities these systems provide to any organization. He co-founded Virtuoso Consulting Solutions in 2000, an SAP consultancy designed to deliver superior and cost effective Financials-based solutions. Over time the firm’s service delivery expanded to include the entire ECC suite of SAP products.
David holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master’s (MBA) degree in Finance and is the co-author of the best selling book Configuring SAP R/3 FI/CO (Sybex c.2000).
Experienced IT Executive with over 20 years of broad business and technology experience. Co-author of best-selling SAP configuration book, former technical editor of SAP Financials Expert magazine and is a sought after conference speaker. Computerworld Honors Laureate winner in the area of Healthcare Mobility. Quentin also brings corporate IT experience to his consulting engagements, having served as the Head IT executive at an international Medical Device company. Quentin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University.
Mark has 20 years of SAP experience. He has served in various project leadership positions including project manager and has consulted extensively in the area of project management, project accounting, and revenue recognition and has worked with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and BearingPoint.
Frits has over 25 years of SAP experience on a variety of Global Projects across Europe, Asia and North-America as a consultant and as a customer. He is the former CIO of arvato services North America, a Bertelsmann AG company. He has expertise in project / program management and logistics including third party logistics.
Brent has been working in the business and technology field for over 23 years with a focus in large business system transformation projects for the last 17 years. He started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse in January of 1996 in the Management Consulting Services group.
He joined a small private firm named Rapidigm in January of 1998 to help build and ultimately lead a large multi-dimensionsal consulting practice. In late 2001, Brent became an equity partner in Rapidigm. In early 2003, Brent was promoted to the Managing Partner and General Manager role of the SAP Consulting Business Unit within Rapidigm consisting of just over 900 people globally and annual revenue of $120 million.
In early 2006, the equity partners of Rapidigm executed a transaction selling Rapidigm to Fujitsu in Tokoyo, Japan. Brent’s responsibility was expanded to run the North American SAP Business Unit for Fujitsu as the Vice President and Managing Director for 2 more years.
At the beginning of 2008, Brent and six other partners started Sparta Consulting. Sparta was formed as a valued added reseller of SAP software and a focused implementation services and support partner of SAP solutions. At the end of 2009, Sparta became the SAP Strategic Business Unit of KPIT and under Brent’s leadership the business unit grew to over 1,600 people globally and annual revenue of over $125 million.
Brent graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analysis and Management Information Systems. He has completed executive education courses at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Manjunath Dattatreya, comes with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various senior management and board positions. He was part of the core team of Intelligroup Inc during its startup phase and the company grew to 200 million in 3 years. Part of the company was spun off and grew to another 100 million and was eventually sold to a large IT firm. Manjunath served the company as the Vice President of Talent Management for 10 years.
In the last 5 years, Manjunath has been working as a HR consultant. He is a member of the Global Special Expertise Panel of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest HR body in the world and has been working with their team to forecast global workplace trends since 2011, which appears every year on the HR Magazine. He also works with the editorial team of SHRM in developing insightful articles to their global members.
Manjunath has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Mysore and he has attended executive programs from Cornell University.
