Job description:

Lead SAP S4 FICO Consultant

Location: Remote (Must be willing to travel onsite whenever needed)

Type: Direct hire with Ameri100

Skills required:

  • Senior level FICO Consultant with minimum of 12 years in SAP
  • End to end FI and Co experience in S/4HANA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops in explore phase (S/4HANA Cloud Implementations) based on SAP best practices, validate gaps and recommendations for implementation of SAP best practices (universal journal functionalities-organizational units (profit center/cost center/segment /business area /functional area)
  • Provide recommendations for configurations for segment, ledgers, parallel accounting, document splitting and asset accounting
  • Provide guidance around procurement integrations with Finance which relates both direct and indirect procurement
  • Review system configuration during realize phase for chart of accounts, company code global parameters, fiscal year variants, posting period variants, account groups, field status groups, and tolerance groups, profit center reporting
  • Work with various business stakeholders on SAP master and transactional data, chart of accounts, business partners (vendors and customers), open AP, open AR, and open G/L balances
  • Identify various gaps with SAP Fiori apps that needed modifications to be able to post to universal GL and worked closely with technical consultants
  • Work with various consultants on migration templates for migration phase for different templates of all streams
  • Participate in various phases of S/4HANA Cloud Implementations including SAP Fiori and professional services 1802 using SAP Activate methodology
  • Provided guidance how to follow SAP best practices for all different business scenarios for Finance like AP, AR, GL, and Banking Leveraging Model Company

Work on the bank integration from S/4HANA Cloud to various banks for cash management-related processes.
